Insurance Vision may disclose information they hold about you to other insurers, an insurance reference service or as required by law.

In the event of a claim, your insurer may disclose information to and/or collect additional information about you from investigators or legal advisors. If you wish to update or access the information we hold about you, call Insurance Vision on (03) 9478 6400.

This Financial Services Guide contains information about our services, your rights as a client & other information you need to know in relation to insurance matters.

You may also receive other documents after or at the time we advise you about your insurance needs including:

  • Statements of Advice - these will be summaries of our advice and the basis on which it was provided;
  • Product Disclosure Statements - these will contain information about the products we recommend to you.
